*All our items have a 12 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.

If it does break due to a manufacturing fault, simply return it to us where we can usually repair it for you or give you a replacement. If for some reason we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will offer you to exchange your item for something similar in our collection or alternatively we will offer you a full refund.

Our watch movements have a 1 year warranty against mechanical or manufacturing defects only.

All returns must be done so at your cost by recorded delivery Royal Mail clearly stating your Returns Code Number which will be given to you when you first contact us about your wish to return your item/s for repair or replacement. We cannot accept a returned item without a Returns Code Number. To avoid delays and disappointment please ensure to obtain a Returns Code Number.

Proof of purchase is required to benefit from our warranty.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Simply call or e-mail silverwithemotion@gmail.com and let us know why you need to have the item repaired or replaced and we will walk you through your options and give you a Returns Code Number.

A little more detail…

We guarantee that all sterling silver items will, as required by law be Hallmarked, unless said sterling silver items weigh more than 7.8 grams.

In most cases we hallmark all our sterling silver items so you will find it if you look for it, they are often small and sometimes you can miss them! Unless an item is listed as having a Feature Hallmark we will not accept a return, offer a replacement or consider a refund should the hallmark be struck on the item in a different location than illustrated in the product photo/s.

* Due to the hand made finishing processes and indeed our policy to have our products built by hands and not machines, all dimensions and weights of products displayed are approximate (+/- 5%).

Personalised Items…

If your item has been personalised in anyway then we will of course endeavour with all our capabilities to repair it, but as it is a personalised item, if repairing it is not possible we will be happy to replace it but we will have to charge you the cost of personalisation again.

Do I get any guarantee with my purchase?

All our products come with a one year guarantee. If it breaks due to a manufacturing fault we can repair or replace it without charge as set out by our Standard Terms and Conditions and our 365 Guarantee.

How will my refund be processed?

Once we have assessed the items, the money will be credited to the credit/debit card or paypal account that was used to place the order online. 

What if I need a refund for an item which was a gift to me?

The easiest way to get a refund is to take the item to our Dispatch Centre in Wembley, North West London or pop them in the post and once received and assessed we will reimburse you with a Gift Voucher.

The not so small print…

We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.

If upon receipt of your item we deem that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost only.

*All products do have a 365 day guarantee from the date we ship them to you, however the following items will have a 14 day guarantee only, from the day we ship, this list includes;

  • Pendant / Necklace chains
  • All moving parts, including but not limited to: locket or pillbox hinges, brooch pins, flexible charms, cufflink findings.
  • Stone / Gem set products
  • Expandable Cuff Bangles
  • For hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of any earrings unless it can clearly be determined that the original gift box/bag/pouch and seal have not been opened at all. Regrettably it is not possible to try on earrings and then return them for any reason.
  • Any type of product where the customer is able to adjust size of the product by opening or closing to ensure a personalised fit.
  • If, upon receipt of your item, Silver With Emotion determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product but only at cost. We cannot be held responsible for work carried out by yourself or a third-party.
  • We also cannot be held responsible for scratching, tarnishing, denting, chipping, or damage caused to any product after you have unpacked the parcel/shipment.
